For a fee of $50, we can deliver the vehicle to your location and arrange for its pickup at the same address.

To rent a car from Flow Rentals in the Virginia, you will need the following:

• To be at least 25 years old

• A valid driver’s license with a photo

• A valid document for proof of address should include your full name, your current residential address, and a recent date (usually within the last 30–60 days)

Valid documents for proof of address typically include:

1. Utility Bills (electricity, water, gas, etc.)

2. Bank Statements

3. Lease or Rental Agreement

4. Government-issued ID (with the address listed)

5. Tax Documents

6. Mortgage Statements

7. Insurance Policy Statements

8. Official Correspondence from a Government Agency Make sure the document is recent and clearly displays your name and address.

Please be advised that all rentals require a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 1-4 days after the vehicle is returned, pending inspection for any damages and signs of smoking.

You will receive a full refund of your deposit if all rental terms are adhered to, including timely return of the vehicle to the designated location.

Please note that the deposit will be forfeited in the following circumstances:

• If the vehicle is impounded by law enforcement for any reason.

• If the vehicle is driven by anyone other than the authorized renter.

For a fee of $50, we can deliver the vehicle to your location and arrange for its pickup at the same address.

You may add additional authorized operators at the time of rental.

Both the primary renter and each additional authorized operator must be present to sign the rental agreement and meet standard rental qualifications, including the provision of a valid driver’s license and compliance with age requirements.

Please note that an additional driver fee of $15 daily charge applies for each authorized driver, in addition to daily insurance costs.

Pets are allowed in rental vehicles.

Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees.

Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier.

All extensions must be requested at least three hours prior to your scheduled drop-off time.

Please note that a $50 charge will apply for late extensions, as a courtesy to other customers.

If payment is not made by the scheduled drop-off time, a late fee of $30 per hour will be incurred for each hour the vehicle is overdue.

Additionally, if the vehicle is returned more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

Please be advised that all vehicles are restricted from leaving the state of Virginia.

If a vehicle crosses the Virginia state border, it will be automatically disabled, and the security deposit will be forfeited.

To insure your rental car with your personal auto insurance, please provide your insurance card and the declaration page of your policy.Your auto insurance must be eligible for transferable coverage and include full comprehensive and collision coverage.All insurance information will be verified during the booking process.If you do not have auto insurance, no worries our prices have insurance included.

You can not book a vehicle for someone else.

Please note that vehicle bookings must be made directly by the individual requiring the vehicle.
